  refuses to add libraries ,Unusable and uninstalled after losing $, it seams its demanding the massive unzipped expaks with each update so if you deleted them its hours of downloading again

  I'm very sorry to hear that you gave a negative rating for the addon, but I want to point out that there is some inaccurate information in your statements.

  I tried to provide assistance and responded as quickly as possible, just 4 minutes after receiving your message in BlenderMarket chat trying to understand what the problem was, but I got a quite offensive response without giving me any way to even help you wanting.

  The installation procedure is clearly documented, and it is not necessary to re-download the packages with each update. Furthermore, I also sent a notification to all users a few days ago after the last update, underlining that it is not required to download the packages again!

  The addon actually has a "huge" library, but the updater doesn't need to re-download the packages at every update!

  It would be useful if you really need help, if you contact me in a "Human" way via message so that I can understand and possibly explain how to solve the potential problem you have encountered or if you even just need clarification.

  I've used this addon for years and yes there were problems with it at times but with the new update its great again, back in my top 5 for sure

  Let me start with the key takeaways. This is a great add-on! You get a LOT for the investment, and it is a great way to build up your asset library if you don´t have many materials and textures "lying around". This was actually my first add-on for Blender a couple of years ago, and it has been used a lot. However, I do understand some of the other reviewers' frustration with regard to slow download speeds. The fact that I have yet to download all the materials myself pretty much tells the story. But I am glad that this situation has been greatly improved. So much actually that I also got the HDRi Maker add-on, which I have been a bit skeptical of acquiring since it also has a huge library of files. The download speeds are now utilizing my entire bandwidth so I can confirm that this issue has been fixed. When it comes to functionality and documentation things have also improved a lot in the last few years. As it stands I think this add-on is among the top 10 "bang for your buck" add-ons on the entire Blender Market, or at least among those I have tried myself, which is several hundred or even more. You get thousands of textures a few thousand materials, and you can mix and match everything so the combinatorial possibilities are huge. I do, however, have one request for a future update and that is to make it simpler to add custom assets to the user library. I have been having varied luck with this and sometimes my materials don't get added. Maybe a function that would generate an asset library of selected folders into materials for the user library could be a way to achieve this. Anyway, I feel that I have gotten enough value out of this product to easily justify the investment. Recommended!

  I believe that the developers of this addon will listen to their users and improve their problems.
  I would like the material node to be concise, like before the addon was unraveled to NEXUS. It's a simple way to organize nodes that connect image textures to Blender's default shader. Please don't use the original shaders. We believe that it is easier and more flexible for users to edit materials.

  Extreme PBR allows you to create "Nexus" materials which are complex (And this is the default) or "Simple PBR" materials which are simple materials therefore easily editable manually, just like in previous versions.

  To do this, go to the Extreme PBR Nexus preferences and under the Options tab you will immediately find the Selector on which you can set "Simple PBR" all materials will be simple and easily editable from the node tree.

  I invite you to write to me before giving feedback if you have any doubts, it could be very useful, the addon has a lot of settings and usually they are constantly evolving, they are also documented, just go to the Documentation tab above and find the links to the new documentation on which, among other things, I'm putting a lot of effort into building it in the best possible way, and it is constantly evolving. I invite you to take a look, there is also a video tutorial section.

  In any case I'm sure you will appreciate this answer as it will help you find the setting you mentioned 😊 (at least I hope you will)

  Avoid this like COVID - More like Extreme waiting game. 17 hours to download 5% of the assets and I'm on a fast internet connection. What a waste of time and money. An absolute joke of a product that over complicates things for no reason.

  extremely disappointing. I'm trying to reinstall this after several months of inactivity. Now the creator requires some kind of signup process. I did that. The English on the site is - well - concerning. I created an account, went through the process- but then when using the account information to continue the process for downloading the plugin - I get an error message not acknowledging my account information. The site feels like an Extremely slow wordpress site. I'm losing trust - fast.
