    Great Addon. Very useful, simple and powerful. For the texturing process with Quixel Mixer i appreciate the new special Bakes like curvature, ID, thickness. My wish: bake Displacement.

    Haven't heard from support in a while (almost a week now) in regarding a problem relating baking normal maps. There are also a few ui problems. The upside to this addon however is that the diffuse baking works great, as well as metallic and roughness. I found another product on blender market that might work for me so I might give that a shot. Will change my review once i receive a response with these issues.

      Hi. I have replied to your support query (please note I am not promising 24 hour instant support here... it's a $10 add-on and you didn't even give me a week). You didn't provide any real information to help you (just vague talk about problems), and you are the only person out of 100s experiencing these "problems" so.....

    This is such a time-saver for me.

    With my game-development I don't usually spend much time with Blender's materials / nodes so I'm unaccustomed to digging into them for special maps, etc.. So a whole lot less for me to remember each time I need to bake. Just click the options and go. Thank you so much for making this addon.

    does what it says on the box, makes baking simple. This completely removes the tedium required to bake pbr maps for export to a game engine. Thanks for the addon.

    Man this is a Godsend. This has answered my prayers and for the first time I have created a PBR material that looks exactly like the original. I thank you for saving me hours/weeks/days trying to figure this all out in Blender! Worth 10 times the price....

      Thank you! Great to hear this. Although it's gone a little beyond my original plans (!), an easy way to bake PBR textures was my initial goal with SimpleBake. Happy to hear that you are having good results.

    This is the add-on I've been looking for!
    I only have one complain, it seems that the add-on doesn't recognize or neglect group-nodes, I had to ungroup every one for the add-on to do it's job as intended, If you can make it support node trees with groups it would be awesome!
    otherwise, you are a life savior!

      Thank you for the kind words! Yeah, the limitation regarding node groups is mentioned on the main Blender Market page before you purchase. You *can* use node groups, but the shader nodes (Principled BSDF, Emission and Mix Shader noders) have to be outside the groups. I have not been able to find a way to reliably un-group node groups using a script (I've posted on developer forums and stuff - no one seems to know). I do keep looking into it and, when I find a way of doing this in a reliable way, I will incorporate it into SimpleBake. Thanks for the review!
