The shader has two main Nodes (the green ones).

The first (and left) green node controles mainly the shape.
The second (and right) green node controles the colour, alpha and colour-noise.

As this shader is able to pixelate images, textures and videos, you have still the option to modify the colour with the known nodes and to transform the result - for example with the principled-bsdf-shader-node and make your pixelation metallic, glossy or anything else.

Keep in mind to plug in the displacement, if you want to use it.
