This is due to an update in blender 3.6 that reversed the sample bias for textures. Simply change the sample bias value under the texture settings from "-0.500" to "0.500".
NOTE: This issue has been fixed. If you encounter this issue please download the latest version.
The skin brushes are docked below the inflate brush.
