  In general, this Add-on saves a lot of time but it is not well-made.
  1- The buildings are not good enough to be included in close-up renders and can only be used in backgrounds.

  2- The street props included are realistic and I have nothing negative to say about them.

  3-Normals are flipped on some assets which means you will need to manually check all normals before exporting/rendering to avoid any problems.

  4-The add-on itself does NOT work well and you will run into problems when trying to append some assets/materials. I have tried using it with Blender 3.2.2 and 3.4 so the problems might not be there in different versions.

  5-The number of assets included is great but a big part of them are not good quality.

  6- Most assets do not have their scale applied which is quite annoying.

  In conclusion, I have seen products with superior quality but the great thing with this product is that it is an addon which makes the process of adding assets/materials to your scene a lot simpler. I would recommend this product if you need to create city scene quickly and already have realistic buildings assets, as that is this addon's biggest problem.
