Instructions

  1. Download the .zip file

  2. In Blender go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install > (Locate the .zip file) > Install

  3. Activate the Add-on

  4. Import and Image as a Plane that has a black or white background

  5. Select the Plane

  6. Right Click to open the "Object Context Menu"

  7. Select "Transparent Plane" at the bottom of the menu

  8. Done


  • If you have imported an Image with a white background, then head to the shader editor and unmute the "Invert" node.

  • You can adjust the emission strength in the shader editor too
