Quick User Guide
Diffuse Color
The diffuse color of the skin. This color value will be multiplied with Albedo so if you don't want alter the color of the Albedo texture use a White color. (removed in version for Blender 2.92 and above)
Albedo
The albedo texture color map of the skin or an RGB color.
Diffuse Tint
Fine tune or change the tint of the albedo map.
Diffuse Amount
Set the amount of diffuse component of the skin.
Specular Color
The specular color of the skin. This color value will be multiplied with Specular map so if you don't want alter the color of the Specular map use a White color. (removed in version for Blender 2.92 and above)
Specular
Dual Lobe specularity is an important feature to achieve good detailed reflections caused by microfacets structure of skin.
This input can be set to a float value from 0 to 1 or connected to a Linear texture.
Specular Anisotropy
Set the specular anisotropy.
Roughness
The total roughness amount. A texture map or a float value from 0 to 1.
Dual Lobe Ratio
It controls which lobe is more dominant allowing to balance Lobe1 and Lobe2 specularity.
A
value of zero mean that Lobe 1 will be 100% dominant instead a value of
one means that Lobe 2 will be 100% dominant.
Lobe 1 Roughness
The Lobe 1 use a BDRF model that provides sharp reflections so roughness must be set to make sharp reflections.
Setting this value low makes things more wet looking, setting it higher spreads the specular effect out.

Cavity
A cavity texture map or leave blank with defaul value to 1.
Diffuse Cavity Power
Set the cavity amount of the diffuse channel.
Specular Cavity Power
Set the cavity amount of the specular channel.
Epidermis/Dermis Ratio
Set the balance between epidermis and dermis mix.
Epidermis Scattering
Set the epidermis scattering color.
Epidermis Density
Set the epidermis SSS density.
Epidermis Scatter Phase
Set the epidermis scattering phase.
Epidermis IOR
Set the epidermis index of refraction.
Set the dermis scattering color.
Dermis Density
Set the dermis SSS density.
Dermis Scatter Phase
Set the dermis scattering phase.
Dermis IOR
Set the dermis index of refraction.
A bump texture map or leave blank.
Normal
A normal texture map or leave blank.
Displacement
Add a displacement map using one of the Octane Displacement nodes.
DAZ3D SSS Map
Plug in here the DAZ3D SSS texture for models of series Genesis 8/8.1
This controls the total strength of the SSS texture
