It makes your life easier. Many times, it’s the only way to select those loops you’d expect basic Blender operators to handle, but they don't. Still works great in Blender 4+. For those who are complaining about the controls, the code is easily accessible and straightforward to customize to your needs (with enough Python knowledge...).

Needs a way to be able to hold ctrl and mouse wheel up and down to increase/decrease the values. Clicking the buttons in the bottom left pop up window one at a time is redundant, I could be spending that time just shift selecting the edges for 100% precise looping xD
Until then, I'm not really using this.

Sorry to hear it wasn't for you Marc.
Having said that, there's a new additional version in the downloads that has modal (CTRL Mousewheel, even). I'm not 100% convinced, but do give it a try! Feel free to reach out via PM otherwise - we'll see what can be done to make it better :)

I absolutely love this, if you could document or enhance it further by letting us add it to a keybind it would be truly wonderful

Fabulous! Thank you *so* much for the rating and kind review :)
I will indeed be providing more documentation in short time (I've been super busy with upcoming addons recently). There will also be enhancements coming!

As for the keybind: You can very easily add a keybind by going to the select menu at the top (instead of the right click menu) .. scroll down to QOL-Select Contiguous Edges and right-click on it. There you can simply assign your own keybind :)
Where possible, I avoid forcing a default keybind, because I don't like the thought of messing up anyone elses setup :)

    Just purchased and tested it.
THANK YOU for fixing what was broken, this is not an "enhancement", this is a bug fix, thank you !

Wow, that's incredibly kind of you. I'm so happy to hear it's of use to you! :)
I'm also investigating a couple of new parameters to enhance it (though I don't want to overcomplicate it of course.) This sort of feedback really helps the motivation. Thank you!
