  I don't know what some are complaining about here...
  The course delivers exactly what it advertises to do... It introduces you into the world of postprocessing in Photoshop... If youre well versed with it, dont buy it, you'll probably learn little. But if youre new to it and want to improve your renders, then this is definetly helpful and worth its money...

  This is more than an addon, so I want to address both aspects:
  1) The tutorial is well paced, comes with loads of examples and content, and takes you step by step by the hand into the - sometimes confusing - world of post-processing
  2) The actual addon is a must. It´s super easy to use and you get perfectly set-up, denoised renders of your chosen passes to the folder of your choice. The ability to VIEW those passes upfront in your viewport is brilliant, and the one-click creation of a "Clown Pass" is a god-sent. Must buy! Worth every penny!

  Honestly is a very, very, basic introduction to photoshop. Nothing you couldn’t find on YouTube. I asked for a refund last year. The author contacted me and agreed. I never got my money. So much for 30 day refund guarantee.

  Hi, thanks for the review.

  While the course leader does use photoshop throughout the course lessons; the course is built around using Blenders render pass system and layers to be able to professionally process them in post… the product page details clearly state this and we make it clear that all the work done in photoshop can be done in any image manipulation tool that supports layers like; GIMP or Affinity etc. The course (name intended) is a post-processing course, not a photoshop course. It also comes with an addon for Blender to easily automate and export the passes you want or need to “postPROcess”.

  While you may be correct in that you contacted for a refund. You did not do so in 2022 as the course was not released then. I would also ask why you waited 9 months to contact us again if… And if you spoke to ourselves regarding a refund and it was agreed, then the failure to provide that was not done by us (The creators) as we cannot process refunds. I would suggest you contact Blender Market support for an update on this. That would have been the better course of action than to leave a poor rating and a review which borders on the defamatory.

  Regarding delivery being possible on YouTube, we could have also delivered the course via CD but we chose to use a platform that made sense.

  I would advise going forward, if you see a product has a free version that you download and use that to make a decision on whether that product is right for you. This way nobodies money or time is wasted.

  I was very disappointed in this product. In my opinion, the description is misleading. I feel the price does not provide the value.

  Sorry to hear you're upset about the product however we'd like to make it clear that there is a free version in which you could have tried the course out to determine if it was for you.

  Regarding the content, it'd be great to understand what you believe was misleading and how the value can be enhanced. This also would have been a great opportunity for you to contact support rather than leave such a poor rating without first allowing us to rectify any issues you had.

  After buying it, I always watch it when I have free time. Every time, I'm attracted by the terms and phrases introduced. I'm afraid I'll miss out on some knowledge. However, if you already have a basic understanding of compositing and knowledge of Photoshop, this course is not suitable for you. For me, the basic parts like introducing Photoshop functions won't provide you with knowledge of 3D. The workflow in the latter part is just like what you see on YouTube. I only watched this video after half a year, and I'm sorry to say that I wasted $35. Your level is not as good as what you mentioned in the description. This course won't provide you with a complete and systematic knowledge like Creative Shrimp does. It only introduces the use of tools and some of his experimental methods. If you have been working in the industry for more than a year, this course is not suitable for you. This course won't provide you with 3D knowledge; instead, it will tell you how to handle simple passes in Photoshop. If you have never been involved in related work, this course will be suitable for you.

  We're sorry you feel this way about the course, however this course is aimed at people who have no knowledge of compositing, post-processing or the pass system built into Blender to help this.

  It's unfortunate that you feel this way, we feel that we're very clear with the marketing of the course on the product page and we go over Blender a lot and the passes in this course. The course even comes with an addon designed to help export those passes and get them set up. We'd usually associate a 1 star review with truly terrible and outright broken, so it's a little disheartening to see that you've rated such a low score. It's also more upsetting when we offer a free version of the course for you to try and see if it's for you.

  Nevertheless, the points you've made have been taken on-board and we will look to address these in our future teachings.

  Very pleased with the courses. High quality, methodical and easy to understand. Also you get amzing photoshop brushes. i use them daily in my work.

  A great explanation of how to use Render passes. Lots of examples are included as well.
  I really loved the cheat sheet provided. Definitely gonna keep using it from time to time!

  Fantastic overview of Post Processing renders using Photoshop and different passes in Blender. Really comprehensive and the example and source files are great. Brilliant course.
