Pbr Textures For Blender 3D
"Zip files not working"
You must only extract the first file (Blender Materials.zip.001) with 7-zip, all other files are unzipped automatically. If you extract all correctly you must have 52 files with about 20GB disc space.
I don't see the materials
Make sure that you have installed the material in the correct directory. The install and the file path directory in Blender must be the same.
Does the product contain HDRI files?
No.
