  What can I say … the previous ratings and comments are already taking the words out of my mouth.

  I am still experimenting with this addon, but already now I can see how much difference there is between images rendered with Lens Sim compared to the native Blender camera.

  It is a huge leap in realism. The pictures actually look like taken with a real camera (I am a photographer, so I have kind of a feeling for that). The pictures rendered with Blender camear are good quality, but they have a too neat and "clinically disinfected" look to them.

  So I am really thankful to Mr. Håvard Dalen for the thorough work he has put into this addon

  This addon really takes things up a notch , i purchased the lite version initially and was so blown by the result , i immediately bought the full kit .Even an average hobbyist like me can tell that the native DOF and Lense don't give the effect the way this kit does .
  If you really want instant satisafaction without getting into the dreaded compositor , this is definitely worth considering.
  and easy to use and set up.
  I look forward to see integration of Prime lenses in it ..that could be a game changer.

  Than you! That's great to hear :) I will do another try on aspherical lenses, that will make modern lenses more compatible with the addon. Also, when this matures a bit the community will hopefully build a large lens library we can share and use :)

  Just impressive. A unique mathematical approach to solve a long needed issue. Every previous scene I've made feels brand new again with a photorealistic 'Pop'. Where has this been all my life??
