Access: Open "Landscape Elements: Rocks Master.blend" from the directory you downloaded it to.
How do I do things in a different blend file?
Importing: File > Append > locate "Landscape Elements: Rocks Master.blend" in your file directory. Select 'Collections' or 'Objects' and start living.
