How to install
Once you've extracted the "blend" file from the "Zip", make it an Asset Library. If you don't know how to create an asset library, follow this Instruction
you can also Append it into your project if that's what you want. If you don't know how, refer to this Instruction
How to use
Once you've installed it, you should be able to see it like any other Asset Library.
- drag and drop into Blender's visual shader editor
- Connect the shader output socket to the surface input socket of shader output node
- Tada! You can now tweak the parameters to get your desired result
