This product comes with a variety of models from several eras. 
It comes with seamless materials created in Substance sampler 4k scale for those.
All the 3D models come in 2k material scale.
Kept at a reasonable face count on each model and are in quad form. 
Almost all the models come with a single UV to keep the texture count down.
The models were all baked in Substance Painter at 4k and exported at 2k scale.
