  This is cheap, but it's not the "Ultimate" asset pack, the buildings don't have roofs, have unconnected faces, texture problems, I had to spend a few hours trying to make the most out of the assets, to be fair, it saved me more time than if I was to do it myself, I just feel like it was kinda lazy (Literally Lazy tutorials techniques from Ian Hubert).
  I would buy it again, just because it's dirt cheap.

  Amazing, exactly what it says it is. Easy to work with had no issues with loading the viewport in even with modifiers. Would recommend to anyone who needs to make streets or cities
