Using the Model
Current Version: Toaster V 1.0 (If you have a old version send me a email and I will send to you a current version for free)
Import this model:
To use the model in your scene you just need to open your project, go to Menu File/Append or Link Object and choose the folder where the Toaster was downloaded or saved, choose the file, there you choose the folder Group and then you just click on Toaster. The model will appear at the 3D Cursor. You can move, rotate and scale the object in your scene. I recommend you to use link rather than append. Choosing that you will use less memory in your project, but you can't change the Toaster blend file to another folder, if you choose Append you can move Toaster file without any problem, but your project will be heavy.
Change the cord shape:
To place the toaster wire or cord, first select the box on the plug, this box will move the plug and the cord and place it where you want, after that you can chose the circles on the cord and change the position, scale and rotation, to fit the wire with the position of the plug and toaster.
Change the Logo:
Go to UV Image Editor and choose the file logos, them go to Image/Replace Image and choose what image that you want, I recommend a black/white or gray scales image to this, because there are a material for the logo and another for the body. If you don't want a logo, you can just go to Sides Material and in Node Editor connect the group Color direct in Material Output.
Turn the light On - Off
If you want to change the state of lights you can choose the material Light Green or Light Red and in Node Editor change the value on On - Off node to 0 to 1. You can do the same with the resistor material, that is change the light of irons inside the toaster. Any questions please leave a message and I will answer as soon as possible.
