Texture Baking Assistant
The Texture Baking Assistant doesn't create materials by default, but after you bake textures for an object, the plugin can create a material using these baked textures. This material will be automatically applied to the object for which you baked the textures.
After installing the plugin, you can access it from the "Baking" panel in the "Render Properties" tab. First, select the types of textures you want to bake. Then adjust the image settings as necessary. Specify the folder where the baked textures will be saved. Set the number of samples for the bake and finally, click "Bake Textures". A detailed walkthrough is available in the tutorial video provided with the plugin.
