These are two static meshes, separated (teapot and teacup), so you can make an array of the teacup or just duplicate it and they will share same UV set.
The model is focused for games, although can be used on Blender Cycles or Blender Eevee, normal map has been created with OpenGL method instead Direct X. If you want to use it for Unreal, you should flip Y on normal map.
The kit (Teapot and Teacup) shares 1 UV set with textures.
