the shader was built on what should be the actual size of the texture, so if you work with real life scale with the actual size of the model, you just need to apply it (ctrl+a > scale) and it should work just fine, close-up proof.
That said, maybe a scale value may be wise, so i updated the shader following your feedback. it should be already available in the download section :)
