The animation set has basic items that you can move freely within the game engine.

The original model is low poly.

It is sculpted by sub divide five times.

The structure around the mouth is also reproduced.

The subtle angle of the joint is also reproduced.

The joint has a structure like a hinge.

Snap the apex of the bone to the midpoint of two points through which the axis of the hinge passes, align the direction of the bones, constrain the rotation and adjust the skin weight to move rigidly except the soft tissue. And the intersection between the axis of the hinge and the exoskeleton is not moved.

note:To use Root Motion with UE4, I need 3dsMax.
