You don't need any External Addon or Third Party Software to load the scene. Just Blender 3.1 and Cycles. All scene have around of 5.8M Polys (2M Bedroom, 1.3M Living Room, 2,4M Kitchen)
All Objects are grouped in a organized Collection Hierarchy Splited by (Overall Structure, Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Windows, Lights and Cameras)

The Visible background showed through windows in previews above, are done in external application and is not included.
This scene should work in blender 2.93 or above, but to ensure that you will do not have problems, we recommend to open this scene in blender 3.1 or above.
Recommended: 8~12 GB free space Ram/Vram for final rendering. (The amount of ram for final render can be reduced by disabling other ambient collections that you not appear in the final render)
