No, if you want to handle the 3D cursor conveniently, I recommend you to purchase other add-ons (e.g., Friendly Pivot, Sad Cursor, etc.).
Can I call them from the shortcut menu?
Yes, but pie menu is not supported. You will be able to call them by switching the pie menu to the normal menu in the following steps
