  It is packed with a variety of useful tools for creating Japanimation characters, including modeling and CellShading. It took me about 3 days to learn it because there are so many functions, but it was a very valuable learning experience. I personally found DataTransfer, Shapekey transfer, and other nifty things like creating drivers for MMD and AutoRigPro bones to be quite practical, PoseLib is useful but free, and PoseLibrary (Blender 4) registers the currently selected bone. PoseLib is very useful for AnimationMaking because it registers Bone in Visual.
  If you are hesitant to purchase PoseLib, you should read the DOC in the manual and check if it meets your needs. For me, it was worth the price.
