    None of the versions work, not even Ultimate or Legacy. I’ve tried everything, but the plugin fails, and I’m forced to do everything manually as I always have. Extremely disappointed, especially after paying for this. Please address this issue as soon as possible

      Hello, I am sorry to hear this. Please message me and include your Blender version, Rizom version, operating system and any error messages. If I am unable to resolve your issues I will of course give a refund.

    Great addon that really streamlined my work with Rizom. Also, Matthew is active on the Rizom Discord server, where he is ver responsive and helpful.

    Sometimes unpredictable and requires fiddling with settings, stopped supporting Rizom 2021 after a couple of years and no longer works with my version. (Rizom is not a cheap app to update, nor is it always worth the update price for small added features.) I updated Blender to 4.2 and tried again with a simple uv map, it worked!

      Does the legacy version no longer work for you? If something is broken I will fix that if you contact me with the problem.

      Later versions of Rizom come with a new API for plugins, this is why old versions are no longer actively supported. A lot of the changes in my new version would either take a lot of work or would be completely impossible to implement in the legacy version.

      I will not be adding any new features and there are some limitations that cannot be fixed in the old version but I'm happy to fix any breaking bugs if you send me the details.

    I am able to export, but when importing, I get the error 'B2RREMOTE: Could not Connect.' I am using a Mac.

      Could you send me a message and let me know what plugin version you are using? I'll either fix your problem or have a refund issued if I'm not able to fix it quickly.
