The rigged book made animation ease. You can open, manipulate pages, all in several controllers:

The model is fully procedural, it generates Mesh and UV using Geometry Nodes. 

You can set any dimensions: Width, height and thickness of book and cover

Hard and soft covers are supported

You can set pictures of your pages, they have to be in one image, arranged like this with any amount of cols and rows:
