This is a pack of 18 residential structures including homes, apartments, duplexes, etc. Each model has its own baked 4K PBR material with color, specular, roughness and normal maps. These are great for quickly creating a residential neighborhood. 

I'm a 3D artist and originally created these models for my own use. I am constantly finding new uses for them in different scenes. 

Are these the greatest 3D building models of all time? No. Of course not, but they're one of the best values you'll find for a residential building pack. They are relatively low poly and highly optimized for performance. Each building is unique so the set can be duplicated many times without obvious repetition. 

The glass on each model is baked into the PBR map, but each model has vertex groups created for the glass elements. These can be used to quickly select and replace the glass with a material of your choice. 

Each building is a separate object with its own baked material. The buildings have non-overlapping UV maps. 

The sky background used in the thumbnail is not included with the models.
