To import the model:

 In Blender go to File->Append. Find the model-> double-click. Open "Collections" folder, then double-click on the name of the Collection and append. To append you can also select the model from another Blender window copying it using ctrl+c and pasting into your scene pressing ctrl+v.
The eevee file is separated from cycles version. The name of the model and the name of the collection the same

Fix texture Issues

To fix that go to -> File -> External Data -> Find Missing Files -> Go to texture folders
