How adjust normal map for render in small size like shown in rendered images?
For rendering like shown in the cover , when using material node on shading in blender you must use node wrangler and use amount of like 20 in all scale sections

What lighting setting to see full model potential?
You can use hdri or standard for best render result
or 3 light setup that included
The material model is not displayed correctly and has a strange shape
please make sure that normal texture input set to none color
