This Mexican Fan Palm Tree set (Washingtonia Robusta) includes 5 LODs (LOD5 as a billboard). This pack of palm trees is a modular set including 16 trunks and 4 foliage’s heads, 1 dry palm stems, 2 dead leaves, 2 dry palm skirts, 10 prefabs from modular parts. The Mexican Fan Palm is very visualy similar than the Californian Fan Palm (Whashintonia Filifera), so this set can be use as the Californian ones. 

Those very famous and common palms growth mostly on desert mountains and canyons in Mexico and SouthWestern U.S.A. area. The palm assets growth up to 15 m height. 

All props and prefabs are ready for game and available in lowpoly and PBR ready and including Vertex color layer to add wind animation in Unreal Engine or in Blender. 

The assets is available in realistic style and can be used in the environment of any games (post-apocaliptic, first or third person, GTA like, survival… ). All objects share a unique material for the best optimization for games.
