    This works really well. My current work flow is to download .mov with alpha channel, but these can be quite heavy. With this add on i can just use mp4 with backgrounds and remove them with this. Extremely easy - and works really well. As a bonus - with the Pro version (recommended!!) The ability to Fake normals, emission, it's just so convenient and effective!.
