Yes, as long as they are safely stored within the game build and you do not resell or redistribute them further.
There are two versions of the models that I should use?
If mobile games aren't your thing and you are working rather with materials, use the M variant, where you can easily change the color without moving UVs
Can you send me your project files with the promotioanal graphic you created?
