LightLab is a professional lighting addon for Blender that allows users to set up perfect lighting with a single click. LightLab comes packed with 16 expertly crafted lighting setups. Whether you’re going for dramatic lighting, soft studio light, or bold neon, you’ll find a preset to suit your needs. And if you want to tweak the lighting, our simple global sliders let you fine-tune the scene with ease.

Installation:

1. Open Blender and navigate to `Edit` > `Preferences`.

2. In the Preferences window, click `Add-ons` on the sidebar.

3. At the top, click `Install...`.

4. Navigate to the folder where you downloaded `LightLab.zip`, and select it.

5. Once installed, activate the addon by checking the box next to LightLab in the Add-ons tab.

Usage Instructions:

1. *Open the LightLab Panel*:

   - In the 3D viewport, go to the right-hand toolbar and select the *LightLab* tab.   

2. *Select a Target*

   - Simply click on the object which you would like to illuminate

3. *Apply a Preset*:

   - Select the object you would like the lights to center around

   - Choose from 16 presets available in categories.

   - Simply click on a preset name with your target object selected to apply it to your scene.

3. *Global Controls*:

   - Adjust the overall *light intensity* and *shadow softness* for all preset lights in your scene using the global sliders in the LightLab panel.

   - Fine-tune the *Hue* and *Saturation* sliders to modify the color of the lights.

4. *Remove Preset Lights*:

   - When you’re ready to reset the lighting, use the “Remove Preset Lights” button in the panel to clear out the applied lights.
