To get motion blur, make sure you are not on frame 1- The car models are the Porsche 911 and BMW E24 tuned

The mountains in the background are model that I made in gaea and they are on good detail

its's render-ready, and you will get what you see in poster. The bleder file also contains the color grading and post-processing in the composition section.
