Assuming this paid version is newer because the version numbers are higher than the one on github. Trying it out in Blender 3.3.1. Using it results in cluttering some material-related dropdowns into every tab of the Properties window (Scene Properties, World Properties, etc). Aside from that, the UI and workflow aren't what I was expecting. Say you just want a system of layers for Base Color. The immediate option seems to be a button that adds material nodes for every PBR channel imaginable, which is a lot of complexity IMO. But at that point, no textures have been created and as far as I can tell, you wouldn't want to go into the node groups to create and select images, so I guess you create them from the Image Editor window and then assign them in slots within the layer properties. Maybe there's a simpler workflow but I've decided to abandon poking into it, as I would prefer more focus and simplicity

HORRIBLY unstable. Can't add a single texture set without a crash. Seems this is no longer maintained by the dev.... do yourself a favor and avoid this one. Such potential, which is sad.

As is stated clearly on the product page this addon is no longer maintained. There is an open source version (also linked there) which is newer and more stable for current blender versions.

Just like most add-ons , showing the demo is one thing, how to use it is another thing. Please let me know how is it work next time.

Could you reach out in a message or on the discord? This addon is open source now so if you ask someone to create a tutorial, I'm sure you'll find someone

Amazing addon so far (minus the bugs), for my needs!

Well I agree with all saying no updates and buggy!

It's sad to tell it cause this addon has big potential and would be greate to use the promised workflow within blender insteat to switch to Quixel Mixer or Substance Painter, etc. And there are a lot of nice ideas to bake materials etc.

I bought it and quickly figured out its not rdy to use for me. But I didn't refund it cause I wanted to support the developer and thought there will be updates and bugfixes.

Selling an addon without maintaing is quite not acceptable even if it's not that expensive.

At minimum it would be interesting why there are no updates. Or will it ever be updated???

Sadly I can just give 2 Stars and do not recommend it atm. I will change it if the developer start maintaining it.

The developer mentions this at the front page "THIS ADDON WILL NOT BE UPDATED FOR MUCH LONGER" . Product still felt incomplete and buggy and lags. Does not have any update in few months already. Safe to say that this product is not supported or actively developed anymore. Stop wasting your time.

It's buggy and it seems there isn't much development going on.
I give it 3 stars as it had potential.

it would be a great addon, nice concept but no bug fix, that could be add but no dev updates, waste of time !!

So much more powerful than I was expecting, has a lot of further potential as-well.
While I still get confused and have to work out a few things, this really speeds up texturing.

    Really looking forward to 1.3.
