When I fracture my objet, it just creates huge blocks around the model
Fracturing is boolean operations, your object must be manifold.
How activate 'Cell Fracture' Extension
Edit -> Preferences In 'Get Extension' section type 'Cell' in search bar Cell Fracture extension appears then click on 'Install' button
