Are you using Depth of field to bring more photorealism into your renderings? Chances are that you never knew that in most modern rendering engines, you can change the shape of your aperture for more interesting and realistic DOF, creating nice bokeh. But even then, mostly there aren´t any options on how to make the aperture shape even more realistic by adding dirt or chromatic aberration procedurally. There is one way though:

Blender Camera Rig for Custom Bokeh included!

After unzipping Custom_Aperture_Camera-rig_v002.zip, open Custom_Aperture_Camera-rig_v002.blend, go to the shader of the "Custom Aperture Map" object and change the file in the image texture node. Play with the aperture of your "Bokeh Camera" and set the focal point, either by adjusting the position of the "Focal Point" object or setting the distance under "Depth of Field" of your camera.
