Watch has open and close animation already, with clock hands and winder spinning.

When you first open the file, pressing shift-space (Or the play button on the timeline) will stat the animation running.

The hands move the appropriate amount for a 12 hour clock, but are sped up to fit on a 10 second animation. This is easy to change in the graph editor to fit an animation of any length.
