  I would say this is exactly as advertised. A good number of various gobos with some controls for ease of use and an asset browser. It got a speedy update for 4.0 before it launched so that's a big plus for me personally.

  Something worth mentioning is that the radius of the light can't be changed with the original setup, but there is a blur option for the gobo itself. If you don't need the controls you can just add the image in by yourself and use it with the Geometry node. Assuming the shadows caused by the light itself (not the gobo) are important to you.
  ("Geometry" node's "Parametric" output > Image texture with gobo > "Emission" node) in case anyone needs it.

  I can't speak for the animated gobos since I never used them.

  This gobos is good actually, but sadly I have to rate it 3 stars because the gobos videos isn't available for looping and only work under 200 frames (my works mostly over 300 frames). Hopefully the future update could be better.

  This is a very nice collection of gobos, well organized, and ready to use as they come with the asset browser catalog.

  I hope at some it will also get animated gobos, that would make this collection even more complete.
