I'm happy to see that an addon like this is being developed, but it's very basic, and a little bare-bones. There are very limited gestures; I originally thought this addon may allow for more complex gestures/directions (like being able to draw loops and more varied shapes to execute shortcuts), but the format ended up being pretty rigid - with ups, downs, and diagonals being your only options, and no ability to add more. And once you've used up all the combinations, which may not last long since the gestures themselves only allow for the use of two directions per shortcut (Leaving you with 17 altogether as of right now), that's pretty much it.

It's also not too beginner friendly since you need to copy data-paths in order to tie a command to a gesture.

Again, I'm happy this addon exists, and thank you Pixel Egg Studio for putting it together, but as of right now I don't think this addon is really worth it until things are a bit more streamlined and expanded upon.

As the plugin updates I'll be eager to see how this addon grows!

      Thank you for your feedback.

One thing about some more complex mouse gestures: I was thinking to make some more fun and interesting gestures, but I found the more complex the gesture is, the harder to accurately detect them by code. And at the end, you will get the wrong command to execute while drawing a complex gesture due to the inaccurate matching algorithm.

So I just added some simple gesture which is more easy to draw and more accurate to match in my code.

I really like the idea and think its wonderful. What prevents me from giving it five starts is that I thought it could help with my sculpting but the CTRL and SHIFT keys are used a lot in sculpt mode which makes it impossible for me to use it there :(, but for hard surface and whatnot I think its pretty cool. A solution to use it alongside sculpting mode would be really great.

Thank you for your rating, and do you think adding a ALT(Option in Mac) key is helpful to your sculpting mode?
