Geometry Nodes Tangent transfer, Procedural Brush Strokes.
With this node setup you can create any model into a painting.
The brush strokes are being generated by random or grid distribution and the colors are determined by the Textures of the UVmaps on yourr model.
You can easilly change the length and width of the brush and rougness and texture depth of the paint.

The unique feature here is to use a drawn curve to determine the direction of the brush strokes so you can get a nice flow in your painting.
As you can see in the example, the brush lines are following around the eyes and mouth and follow the lines of the Clothing and shoulders.
