The FROST - Frozen Environment Kit comes with a single blend file that contains all the assets with textures, materials and the Blender PBR shader assigned to them. Additionally it contains pre-exported fbx files of the individual assets.

For each asset there are a variety of additional maps to help get the workflow and look you're looking for (glossiness, roughness, height, ao).

All of the assets are optimized for use in realtime 3D rendering like games or websites.
