Hi Greg,
You need blender for Mac OS x64 instead of ARM version. Blender Mac x64 is also compatible with Apple Silicon chips (M series).
We have not developed the ARM version because the ARM version blender has a number of compatibility issues on the python packages, which means it does not support many Blender Addons including our Fix Wizard extension.
In terms of the performance of blender software, we did a few test to compare the ARM version and x64 version on a MacBook with M3 Max chip, and we didn’t find any difference.

Additionally, to install Fix Wizard, you must install it as Blender Extension. Since it comes with multiple python packages, it will not work if you install it as legacy addon.
