The license is okay for commercial use. However, it doesn't allow you to sell produced assets with the addon. 

Since the file includes various fonts selected to fit each country's standard, please note that fonts are not the object of the sale and may require additional copyright licensing depending on your usage.

The geometry is quite dense and not suitable for game assets. However, a preset can bake displacement texture based on a generated plate.
