Eevee Ready Glass "Physical" Material

Doesn't seem to be working on Eevee...

Don't forget to turn refractions ON in render settings

This thing looks to grainy

Because of the Alpha Hashed shader mix setting, the calculation of alpha channels is made by sampling. To alleviate this, the number of samples can be increased in render settings
