Dream Textures
Installing to Blender
Make sure you install the correct add-on file for your platform. Several files are available after purchase:
- "dream_textures-windows-cuda.zip" - Local and DreamStudio generation on Windows
- "dream_textures-windows-directml.zip" - AMD or other non-NVIDIA GPU
- "dream_textures-windows-dreamstudio.zip" - DreamStudio generation only on Windows
- "dream_textures-macos-arm.zip" - Local and DreamStudio generation on Apple Silicon Macs
- "dream_textures-macos-arm-dreamstudio.zip" - DreamStudio generation only on Apple Silicon Macs
- "dream_textures-macos-intel-dreamstudio.zip" - DreamStudio generation only on Intel Macs
If you do not install a compatible build the add-on will not function properly.
After installing the ZIP file to Blender, you need to import at least one Stable Diffusion checkpoint file or input your DreamStudio key. Follow the instructions in the preferences window to complete this part of the setup.
Once that's done, you'll see a box that says "Addon Setup Complete". You can then navigate to the Image Editor or Shader Editor, open the sidebar with "View" > "Sidebar" (or by pressing the "N" key), select the "Dream" tab, and start generating images!
To get help using the add-on and share your artwork, join the Dream Textures Discord server.
