This high quality dining room chair has 100% quad geometry, 3 main textures, plus a specular texture for the dark varnish material. It also has a normal map. I've included the clean texture, AO map, and cavity map in case you want do something different than I did with your materials. All textures are 4096 x 4096 resolution. It has non-overlapping UVs unwrapped to fit the textures. Vertices and polygon counts based on no subdivision. Preview images where rendered with Blender 2.77a Cycles Render with 2 levels of subdivision, except for two without subdivision. Native file format is Blender 2.77a (.blend)
