  Great product and easy to use. Also, the product support is outstanding! I discovered what I thought might be a bug, reported it and within a few hours the author had identified what the core problem was (a very fringe use-case involving drivers) and gave me a work around so I could get back to work!

  It's a really good addon but as I thought, it doesn't work with eevee. Only cycles (at least in my experience)

  Thanks for the feedback! Just wanted to let you know that Decal Master does work with both Cycles and Eevee, so it's fully compatible with both render engines. If you're having any issues with Eevee, feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to help troubleshoot!

  I actually like this projection approach. It forces you take a little more time and be deliberate. I don't use decals a bunch, but when I need to have one, this is my go-to for sure. Very happy with it in testing. I cannot wait for what's in store in the future!

  What can we say about Decal Master?
  A very user friendly add-on that we were looking for longtime for many of us.

  Projection tool is amazing - customisable section in N-Panel post projection is just becoming fantastic to add effect and fine tune decals.
  We can bake it without any problem
  What else ? It's a marvel and it's stable

  Moreover : we can bake it easily. A Substance Painter bypasser combined with the other ne One Click Age that CG galaxy made
  You did it : bravo for ever !

  Apart from the fact that this is the first release of the addon, it is already really good, still minimalistic and easy to handle. Due to the fact that I had changed my keys in Blender, I could not rotate the model in the decal view, so I needed to request an update to solve the problem. By that, I also communicated some recommendations for small improvements to make this addon a little bit more accessible for users regarding the UI, which is already great, as it is clean and the control elements are neatly arranged.

  My concern before grabbing it was whether it would be able to compete with other addons, and I was informed that the developer knows the market very well by analyzing them, and his goal was to improve Blender tools like this to make them more complete and user-friendly. While this addon combines necessary features of similar, partly incomplete addons and still avoids several disadvantages existing with other tools, it does a really good job. I didn't notice any specific, unusual issues. Nevertheless, it will be updated soon to become even easier to use and provide compatibility.

  So, I can fully say with no doubt that this is a well-made, professional addon that needs to get more attention. I am happy to have it in my toolbox. Thanks!

  What a superb decal plugin this is !
  I installed it and was using it comfortably within 15 minutes, it don't need a manual its so obvious how it works. When you run it, a separate window appears so that you can comfortably work on a large scale with all the familiar Blender keys. If you press F5 it will put you into perspective view if you need this rather than the defaults to orthographic. Once you have projected the decal you can return to the normal Blender view and continue editing the decal ie adding wear and tear etc. It really is a joy to use compared to another (new) decal plugin I bought recently which unfortunately is very awkward to use.
  One thing I did notice, however, if you add a decal on a box and then go into the box, you will see the decal projected through to the backside. The other thing I would like, is the ability to shrink the who border of the decal ie erosion wear all around the edge of the decal.
  To anybody thinking about getting a plugin, this is the third decal plugin I have purchased and this is the best by far.

  As for the decal projecting through the backside of the box, you can simply use the projection mask threshold, once the backside is gone, you're good to go! And regarding the wear around the decal, I’m actually working on new damage effects, so stay tuned for some exciting updates.

  No documentation. No info about the file formats of the decals. I could not get it working.
