To be able to scale the rig, simply make sure you select the armature in object mode as well as all the bunny parts (all in object mode) and scale it like that. Then select the rig and go back to pose mode. If you want to export this rig with a different scale, simply specify the scale in the exporter (like for fbx or collada).
