  I've used every cable modeling system on the market. This one is the best b because it's design is simple and elegant. It is because of this UX simplicity that it is by far the most powerful tool for creating cables in "real world" projects that I've used. It allows you to create cables where, and how you need them, without it's own paradigm getting in the way. Something I can not say of other tools I've used.

  I sincerely hope the dev continues to keep it up to date.

  This is a really cool addon. The ability to select multiple kinds of shapes is a HUGE bonus. It's not just about placing simple profile shapes on curves but entire complex models can be used. It's really pretty easy to import your own shapes and objects also: Append custom objects or curves to the included scene file, scale & orient, place in the proper collection and good to go.) It's super simple. I love it! I'm just hoping the developer includes some updated features he's casually mentioned in some of his videos. (hint, hint.) This is definitely a 5-star product!

  Thanks for the review. I actually scrapped those updates for an even better one based on geometry nodes (fully non-destructive). No release date for that yet since coding is not my main job but I'll get there eventually :p

  Amazing!!! Way better than the other Cables addons out there. Lots of options and diversity along with cable kitbashing. Highly Recommended!

  The best cable/wire generator I've seen.
  Neat workflow, with several options to generate different types of results, and quite customizable.

  The UI is clean, and pretty self-explanatory. That said, I recommend going through the basic tutorial. Look for "Curvebasher 1.3 is RELEASED - Best update so far?" on YouTube. It's only 15 minutes long, but explains very clearly the main functions, and then you're good to go.

  The support is stellar.

  Thanks for providing this must-have add-on.
