Copy Key Transform
Copy Key Transform is Blender Add on work on Blender 2.8x, 2.9x, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5 It's handle copy transform animation key from target object on specify frames.
Copy position : if enable it will copy location animation keyframe
Copy Rotation : if enable it will copy rotation animation keyframe
Copy Scale : if enable it will copy animation scale keyframe
Frames : Enter specify key frames. Example : 1,3,5-10,25-100, etc
